1. Data controller
Corefluxar Soluciones de Inteligencia S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Corefluxar"), with RFC CSI2403158K9 and registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Piso 32, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Ciudad de México, México, is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
2. Personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of data: identification data (full name, corporate email, company), professional data (role, industry, company size), navigation data (IP address, cookies, session information) and any information you voluntarily share with us through our forms, executive newsletter or commercial channels.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: (a) deliver the executive newsletter and educational content you have subscribed to; (b) respond to your requests for information about BI and CRM implementation; (c) evaluate technical and commercial fit for potential engagements; (d) comply with fiscal and legal obligations before SAT and other Mexican authorities. Secondary purposes: analytical and preference personalization purposes, which you may oppose at any time.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent granted through form submission, on the execution of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and on compliance with our legal obligations under Mexican law.
5. Data transfers
Corefluxar may transfer your data to technology processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, CRM operations) located inside and outside Mexico, always under contractual data protection agreements aligned with LFPDPPP standards. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by sending a written request to privacy@corefluxar.com. Your request must include your full name, a way to contact you, a copy of your official identification and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
