2. Service description
Corefluxar offers Business Intelligence and CRM implementation consulting services for B2B enterprises in Mexico. Any commercial engagement is formalized through a separate services agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
All content available on this website (texts, graphics, dashboards, methodological frameworks, images and source code) is the exclusive property of Corefluxar Soluciones de Inteligencia S.A.P.I. de C.V. or its licensors, protected by the Mexican Federal Copyright Law and international treaties.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, decompile the application, extract data by automated means without permission or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
5. Newsletter and communications
By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive periodic communications about BI, CRM and executive analytics for the Mexican market. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link included in each email or by writing to privacy@corefluxar.com.
6. Limitation of liability
The information published on this site is of a general and educational nature. Corefluxar does not guarantee specific commercial results from applying these frameworks without a formal implementation engagement. To the extent permitted by law, Corefluxar shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from them, the parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Ciudad de México, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
